The decision making was Presidential and validates the notion of civilian control over the military. The choice to put SEALS in this mission combined confidence with resolve. We get this and there is something troubling about utilizing the exploits of these men to become a campaign commercial. Rove sank Bush with the "Mission Accomplished" theatre and Gibb and Axelrod need to stay away from this. It will be a theme and speaks of good leadership, but has no place in a campaign commercial.
