Dream Home Makeover Sponsors and Prizes

Congratulations to Tammi Mesce of Virginia Beach who won the $100,000 Dream Home Makeover!

790 AM WNIS and 850 AM WTAR are proud to announce the culmination of the most exciting radio promotion of the year with our $100,000 Dream Home Makeover. Tammi Mesce of Virginia Beach was chosen on Saturday, December 13th as the winner of the contest. Tammi won a fabulous prize package for her home including new appliances, furniture, carpeting, electronics, and wall coverings. She also won accessories for her home including a new outdoor spa, an outdoor cooking setup, an exterior makeover, and lots of kitchen and bath accessories.

Dream Home Makeover Contest Rules

DREAM HOME MAKEOVER CONTEST RULES:

No purchase necessary to win.

ALL QUALIFIERS IN THE WNIS / WTAR DREAM HOME MAKEOVER CONTEST MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE. ALL QUALIFIERS MUST OWN THEIR OWN HOME IN THE HAMPTON ROADS AREA IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA OR IF A RENTER; MUST PROVIDED WRITTEN, NOTORIZED PERMISSION FROM PROPERTY OWNER FOR ANY CHANGES TO BE MADE TO DWELLING.

Only one qualified contestant per household shall be eligible to qualify to win grand prize. Grand prizewinner is not eligible to win any other WNIS/WTAR contest within a twelve-month period. Winner will forfeit any additional prizes won during the above-mentioned period of time.

All contest qualifiers must be present at last remote to be eligible to win grand prize. All contestants will be notified by phone and or mail of the date, time and location of the final phase of the Dream Home Makeover contest.

PRIZES MAY NOT BE REDEEMED OR EXCHANGED FOR CASH OR OTHER PRIZES.
